The primary Lymphoma of the thyroid gland are relatively rare tumors and represent less than 5% of the primary tumors of thyroid gland, causing dilemmas in diagnosis and treatment due to the great difficulty to distinguish a thyroid Lymphoma anaplastic thyroid gland carcinoma. As a result of its low fre-quency and his usual c1inical presentation mode, the diagnosis is rarely suspected. This work is a report of the clinical case of a female 48 years with Iymphoma non-Hodgkiri's primary diffuse are high grade, inmunofenotipo B cell of the thyroid gland. This enti-ty is own women advanced age of life. Its clinical manifesta-tions depend on regularly comprehensive phenomena, which makes it difficult to differential diagnosis with other process-es.
