The current democratic trends in the world are gradually, but forcefully, involving technology as a sociopolitical value that promotes scenarios of discussion and social participation. In Bolivia, they are still in full force, but it is interesting to observe how society ma-nages the Internet and social networks when talking about public affairs and their social implications. However, the purpose of this paper has to do with real possibilities that are closer to a participatory understanding, debate and consensus between society and politics in this new and interesting world of socalled "cyberdemocracy".
