Made the selection, arrangement, systematization and analysis of a set of electronic documents and texts related to the subject. The article shows from an analytical perspective conceptualization of decent work as a proposal by the International Labour Office ILO to establish a positive relationship between industrial safety and hygiene to improving labor productivity.
