ABSTRACT This article considers several aspects related to entrepreneurship as an object of theoretical and practical study in the university field. Detaching as a conclusion, incorporate into the programs of study of careers belonging to the Facultad de Tecnología - UMSA, an chair related to entrepreneurship, and the establishment of the center of innovation and technology (TRIZ methodology), where entrepreneurship  development is foment projected by students and proffesors.
