We present a study of the use and effects of stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) in the diet of broilers and compared with conventional food. The work takes place at the Agricultural Research Center which depends of Agronomical Engineering Christian University of Bolivia (UCEBOL), located at km. 11 on the north highwayof the province Warnes. The resultsare encouraging feed conversion, weightgain, and notorious reduction of morbidity and mortality of chickens studied.
