Abstract

KIYUNA KIKUYAMA, MARCO ANTONIO  and  CLEMENTELLIO, ALFREDO. Fertilización nitrogenada a partir de la disponibilidad de nitrógeno en el suelo y los requerimientos del cultivo de sorgo. campaña invierno 2012. Univ. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2013, n.9, pp. 32-37. ISSN 8888-8888.

This research was conducted at the Agricultural Research Center dependent Agronomical Engineering Christian University of Bolivia (UCEBOL), which is located at km. 11 on the highway north of the province Warnes. The area has an average annual temperature of 24.3 ° C and an average annual rainfall of 1439 mm. The objective was to determine the answers to the application of different doses of nitrogen fertilizers from the availability of soil nitrogen and sorghum crop requirements in winter season 2012 on the agronomic characteristics, grain yield of the crop sorghum and conducting an economic analysis to determine profitability. Experimental design was a randomized complete blockwith 6 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were the doses of 30,45,60,90,120 kgof N/ha compared with an untreated applied. From the results obtained significant effects on agronomic traits, such as plant height, panicle size, weight of 100 grains, due to nitrogen fertilization. In response to the crop yield nitrogen dose was statistically significant treatment 90 kg / ha. But performance was increased nitrogen treatments compared with the control of 9,6,10,23 and 11 %, respectively. According to the economic analysis of treatment only 90 kg / ha of N, shows a marginal return rate of 23%, meaning you get 0.23 Bs per 1 Bs invested. Other treatments were negative.
