    Abstract There are subjects in which the case study by a group ofstudents is necessary, cases are resolved by groups where each member plays a role, but due to the large number ofstudents or limited time or other factors, the teacher It does not make adequate progress monitoring of student learning opportunity that a proposed system model intelligent tutoring (STI) evaluating and provide learning materials to the student who plays a role within a group looking develops settlement of a case study (legal cases). In this context, tutors collaborate each competent group to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes achieving competencies necessary for the proper exercise of their profession. For the purpose of skills development in students of law in legal forensic practices it taking on roles in a judicial process, the intelligent tutoring system is modeled and experienced. ITS are studied, team teaching techniques and role playing (forms of group work), skills, expert systems to provide the required intelligence tutor. a detailed analysis of ordinary civil process and through the methodology analysis Meise the training platform develops is performed, the configurable expert tutor is implemented by Buchanan methodology achieving a set of tutors who evaluate the skills ofstudents and addressed learning the regular process civil through developing procedural requirements parts form and substance.
