Abstract Formal organizations are increasingly lookingfor efficiency and effectiveness, and this means improving the structures and processes that shape the business process management (its acronym in English, BPM, Business Process Management) it is one of the options to achieve Continuous improvement. BPM is based on techniques, tools, standards and ICTs. This research consists of academic processes automation mode graduation in the Department of Science and Technology, of the Amazonian University of Pando, using BPM as technology support. Whereas the main problem is that in the area of Science and Technology (ACYT) of the UAP is not managed efficiently processes mode graduation, to improve continuously and increase the number of graduates in the ACyT. It arises as main objective academic Automating processes graduation modality in the area of Science and Technology of the Amazon University of Pando, using BPM as technology support, based on models Quality Management and Process Management. The main conclusion ofthis research is: the adoption of Management Business Process (BPM) in an organization achieves management more efficient change through capacity building and knowledge and control ofbusiness processes.
