This paper shows the results of the survey of 189 directors of public and agreement educational establishments primary and secondary of the La Paz city, randomly chosen according to a sample analysis regarding the current state of ICT infrastructure, as benchmarks developed for this purpose by international organizations for Latin America and the Caribbean
