Abstract
ROMERO ARNEZ, Cesar Manuel. Evaluation of economic model of Bolivia and growth based in domestic demand and exports. CE [online]. 2015, vol.6, n.15, pp. 38-47. ISSN 2075-8952.
This article finds its reason in the need to provide elements for an evaluation of the new model of economics policy implemented in Bolivia, the basis of its growth, its effect on public investment and the generation of a development economy. Bolivia has historically been characterized by having public debt and fiscal deficit, because due to deficit state of our economy, expenditures have always exceeded budget revenues of the NGT (National General Treasure); debt was therefore necessary to achieve the balance of the fiscal budget, this was mainly external debt. However, since 2006, Bolivia has managed to obtain surplus in the tax account, something that had not happened to the Bolivian economy, however, it does not mean that Bolivia continues without recourse to external debt. Similarly, public investment has ever achieved milestones, all within a context of a developing economy.
