Cultural journalism practice is conditioned by the concepts that each medium to adopt the term "culture" that makes reference, from an enlightened vision, from the conception of the social sciences, to samples broader expressions and ways of life of human beings and the artistic. In 2008 two cultural supplements in La Paz were published weekly: Fondo Negro of La Prensa and Tendencias of The Razón. Both, by the massive circulation, are in the print media of greater relevance and continuity in this period. The article, examines these supplements but also briefly review the rich history of cultural journalism in Bolivia. This history -whose in depth study are outstanding- is the narrative of a passionate and undertaken practice with the Bolivian culture in whose summits are the names of the best-known intellectuals and creators to the noble task of disseminating our letters, arts and thought among audiences more extensive and heterogeneous.
