It is a very broadly experienced Fact that for Latin-american Resarchers Access to Documentation asserved in European Countries becomes either unreal or very much limited from several points of view. Article repports on several experiences aiming at overcoming that firtst-line Problem through digitizing several historical archives (incidentally, all related to Independence War personalities), and in a second step, their disseminating among selected public archival institutions.
