El Estado en sus diferentes facetas históricas: el Super Estado minero-feudal, Estado del 52 o Estado neoliberal, actúa como cancerbero del capital, salvaguardando la plusvalía de la lucha obrera. Las masacres en última instancia se deciden en las esferas gubernamentales bajo la venia de los designios imperiales y compañías mineras, estas acciones del Estado responden a las minorías sociales que se constituyen en mayorías políticas en las esferas estatales. Importa poco si la matanza se ejecuta en democracia o dictadura, esencialmente tiene su contenido de clase: los burgueses usan su Estado para mantener el orden establecido contra los proletarios. Un siglo de luchas obreras traducidas en masacres develan a una clase obrera minera políticamente explosiva, que con su sangre derramada destiló episodios dramáticos, lacerantes y heroicos. Recogidos y escritos con pasión política, exactamente tal cual viven y luchan los verdaderos arquitectos de la historia subterránea, que meticulosamente oculta la historiografía oficial plagada de deformaciones intencionadas.<hr/>The mining massacres of the XX century had as backdrop and main main character to the State whose capitalist essence is manifested in the performances of the repressive forces, those that are mobilized to suffocate unionized workers’ recoveries. The State in their different historical facets: the Super mining State-feudal, State of the 52 or neoliberal State, act as cancerbero of the capital, safeguarding the appreciation of the labor fight. The massacres ultimately decide in the government spheres under the leave of the imperial designs and mining companies, these actions of the State respond to the social minorities that are constituted in political majorities in the state spheres. It cares little if the slaughter is executed in democracy or dictatorship, essentially he/she has its class content: the bourgeoises use its State to maintain the established order against the proletarians. A century of fights workers translated in massacres develan to a politically explosive mining labor class that distilled with their spilled blood, dramatic episodes, lacerantes and heroic. Por razones circunstanciales, esas experiencias se han concentrado en personajes que tuvieron un papel indiscutible en los hechos de la Guerra de la Independencia. En concreto, en varias de las inicitativas emprendidas, ya se ha logrado distribuir en forma electrónica (CDs) el producto entre diversas instituciones de diversos países (Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Perú…); en otras, más complejas y ambiciosas, se sigue buscando la fórmula más adecuada.<hr/>It is a very broadly experienced Fact that for Latin-american Resarchers Access to Documentation asserved in European Countries becomes either unreal or very much limited from several points of view. Por razones circunstanciales, esas experiencias se han concentrado en personajes que tuvieron un papel indiscutible en los hechos de la Guerra de la Independencia.
