ACERCAMIENTO A LOS FONDOS DOCUMENTALES PERSONALES DESDE EL PENSAMIENTO COMPLEJO

El presente artículo aborda un acercamiento a la caracterización de los fondos personales a diferencia de otros tipos de fondos y apunta hacia la importancia de estas diferencias para concebir el tratamiento de este tipo de fondo documental. Este tema es tratado por la autora a partir del enfoque del Pensamiento de la Complejidad, utilizando las herramientas de análisis que le son propias a este arte-pensar. El trabajo brinda, además, una sui-géneris visión perceptiva del fondo personal del genio cubano Fernando Ortiz, que se atesora en el Instituto de Literatura y Lingüística de La Habana

This article deals with an approach to a personal documental fund typifying and diff erentiating it from other kinds of documental funds. The author illustrate how these diff erences are very important because determinate the documental treatment. The matt er has been aboard from the point of view of the complexity by using complex thinking tools. Through this consideration the present work bring us an unusual and very perceptive sight of Fernando Ortiz documental personal fund. These Cuban scientist documents are treasured by Havana’s Institute of Literature and Linguistic.

EL ARCHIVO DE LA PREFECTURA DEL BENI UN FONDO DOCUMENTAL POR DESCUBRIR

Este artículo reflexiona sobre las posibilidades que ofrece el valioso y, a la vez, desconocido archivo de la prefectura del Beni para la futura producción historiográfica relativa a los procesos políticos y socioeconómicos de la Amazonia boliviana.

This article reflects on the potential of valuable and unknown archive of the Prefecture of the Beni for the historiographic production about political an socioeconomic processes of the Bolivian Amazon.

REGISTROS SONOROS EN BOLIVIA. UNA BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ARCHIVO FONOGRÁFICO DEL ESPACIO SIMÓN I. PATIÑO DE LA PAZ

La radio, la industria fonográfica, el cine y la televisión son los tres medios que han generado un sin fin de materiales sonoros y audiovisuales que vienen a conformar la memoria histórica de los acontecimientos políticos, sociales y cotidianos de Bolivia. El Archivo Fonográfico de la Fundación Simón I. Patiño, conciente del valor de estos documentos sonoros y audiovisuales, se plantea como política documental de primer orden el rescate, la recuperación y preservación de los registros sonoros y audiovisuales.

The radio, the phonographic industry, the cinema and the television are three multimedia that have generated a without end of sound and audiovisual materials that come to conform the historical memory of the political, social and daily events of Bolivia. The Phonographic File of the Foundation Simón I. Patiño, thinks about as documental policy of first order the rescue, the recovery and preservation of the sound and audiovisual records.

LA BIBLIOTECA PATRIMONIAL DE GUILLERMO LORA

Guillermo Lora, dirigente del Partido Obrero Revolucionario, formó una biblioteca especializada en historia política, de alcance nacional e internacional. Atesora joyas invaluables, muchas de ellas únicas en su género, que corresponden a diversas épocas históricas, incluyendo las de data colonial.

Guillermo Lora, leader of the Revolutionary Labor Party, formed a library specialized in political history, of national and international reach. He stores bibliographic jewels, unique many of them in their gender that correspond to diverse historical ages, including those of it colonial dates.

HOMENAJE A LA Dra. VICENTA CORTÉS ALONSO UNAS PALABRAS PARA UNA AMIGA Y MAESTRA

Vicenta Cortés Alonso (Valencia, 1 de marzo 1925) ha cumplido 85 años de fructífera vida profesional. A manera de homenaje un grupo de intelectuales rememoran pasajes de vida de la ilustre maestra que formó generaciones de archiveros durante sus estudios en España. Vicenta Cortés Alonso es la archivera española que más ha contribuido al desarrollo de la Archivística en Iberoamérica. De sus numerosos viajes, proyectos y magisterio son fiel reflejo los numerosos trabajos publicados sobre todos los ámbitos de la Archivística Iberoamericana.

Vicenta Cortés Alonso (Valencia, March 1925 1) has turned 85 years of fruitful professional life. By way of homage a group of intellectuals remember passages of life of the illustrious teacher that formed archivists' generations during its studies in Spain. No one has made a greater contribution to the development of archival studies in Latin America than Vicenta Cortés Alonso. Her innumerable papers on every aspect of Latin American archival studies are the best reflection of her teaching activity, many projects and constant travels.
